“Optimal Fetal Positioning” is ideal for expectant mothers and anyone who supports them.  In the last trimester of pregnancy there is a window of opportunity to use maternal positioning to help the fetus achieve the optimal position for birth, making birth easier and quicker for mother and child.  This wisdom can also help to reposition a mal-positioned fetus during labor, in order to avoid surgical births or prolonged labor.  Simple wisdom can have a profound effect.
